Privacy Policy

When you send a project enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), the type and stage of the project, budget and timeline, integrations and your description. We also record the page you came from and any campaign parameters in the link, such as UTM tags, so we know which channel an enquiry arrived through.

If you email or message us directly, we keep that correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation.

We use enquiry details to evaluate your request and reply to you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry details for newsletters or unrelated marketing.

This website does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers.

The site stores your reduced-motion preference if you change it. Project form progress and the original campaign attribution are kept in session storage in this tab. Drafts expire after 24 hours and are cleared after a confirmed submission. These values are not used for cross-site tracking.

Enquiries are stored in a managed database (Supabase) with access restricted to authorised administrators. The site is served by a hosting provider that processes standard request logs, such as IP address and user agent, for security and operations. If enquiry notifications are forwarded to a workflow tool, only the enquiry fields above are sent.

These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. We rely on the safeguards each provider offers for international transfers.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation or engagement that follows. Enquiries that do not lead to work can be deleted on request.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored with access controls and row-level restrictions, and the intake endpoint is rate limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not include passwords or other secrets in an enquiry.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@anenbuilds.com and we will respond. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you may also contact it.

We update this page when our practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
