AI & Automation

AI agents and workflows with clear operational boundaries.

AI assistants, document processing and connected workflows that reduce repetitive handling. We design around your data, permissions and review steps, then connect the system to the tools your team already uses.

The business problem

Repetitive work should not depend on someone remembering the next step.

For teams handling inbound requests, support knowledge, documents or recurring reporting across several applications. Start with one workflow that has clear inputs, a measurable completion state and an owner.

AI agents

Assistants can retrieve approved knowledge, classify requests and prepare actions. Tool access is scoped to the task, with review before consequential writes.

Workflow automation

Connect triggers, routing rules and notifications. Retries, duplicate detection and visible failure states keep a temporary API outage from silently losing work.

Knowledge and documents

Build retrieval over approved sources, extract structured fields and route uncertain results to staff. Source references and validation make the output inspectable.

Example workflows / capability illustrations

From trigger to completed work.

Illustrative workflows, scoped to your systems and permissions during discovery. These examples are not live integrations or client results.

Lead handling

  1. Website inquiry
  2. Enrich and score
  3. Save in HubSpot
  4. Create ClickUp task
  5. Notify Slack
  6. Draft follow-up for review

Document intake

  1. Upload document
  2. Extract fields
  3. Validate with business rules
  4. Store structured data
  5. Update dashboard
  6. Notify staff

Commerce operations

  1. Shopify order
  2. Synchronize customer
  3. Create internal workflow
  4. Update CRM
  5. Prepare customer communication
  6. Record analytics event

Architecture & technology

We separate probabilistic AI tasks from deterministic business rules. Model responses are validated against schemas; retrieval respects access permissions. OpenAI or Claude can handle language tasks, while n8n, Make or custom APIs coordinate events. Supabase can provide structured storage and permission boundaries when appropriate.

Platforms named here describe technology and integration capabilities. They do not imply official partnerships or certifications.

What changes for your team

A defined path from trigger to completed task, with less duplicate handling and a clear queue for exceptions. We agree on success criteria using your actual workflow, rather than attaching speculative ROI figures.

How the project works

  1. 01

    Map

Identify the trigger, data sources, permissions and tasks that need human judgment.

  2. 02

    Prototype

Test a narrow workflow against representative and malformed inputs before expanding its scope.

  3. 03

    Connect

Implement validated API boundaries, credentials, review gates and recoverable background work.

  4. 04

    Operate

Verify the full path, document recovery and monitor failures, latency and usage costs.
